Silver Miletos Diobol, Lion Forepart, late 6th to early 5th Century BC

Forepart of a roaring lion on the right, the head turned to the left.

Reverse with stellate floral pattern within incuse square.

The obverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise good and very fine.
